Vikram Chandra, an award-winning Indian author who currently divides his time between Mumbai, India, and the Bay Area, will be a featured presenter at the India Rising program on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009. Chandra's latest novel, Sacred Games, is set in Mumbai, which was so recently in the headlines as the target of terrorist attacks.
